All delivery timescales are approximate, and lead times are quoted in working days excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping details are correct. We are in no respect responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.

Personalisation
All personalised items are made to order and have varying lead times which are stated with the product details.

We cannot accept liability for incorrectly personalised items if your instructions were not reasonably clear. Extra care must be taken when submitting your personalisation instructions.
All spellings and details must be thoroughly checked by the customer before submitting the order.
It is important that you check that your text is within the maximum number of characters available for that specific item and that you are happy with your font, colour and any specific requested details.

Delivery times for personalised products are included with the product detail.

Please note that personalised items can take up to 28 days for delivery, however, we aim to have them delivered to you in less time than this.
If you require a product for a specific date please email info@mylittleloves.co.uk and we can advise you if this is possible.
All prices quoted on carriage are for Mainland UK only. If you require delivery outside Mainland UK please contact us at info@mylittleloves.co.uk.
All dispatch times quoted are approximate and are stated in working days excluding Bank Holidays and Weekends.
We aim to try and dispatch non personalised items that are in stock within 2 - 5 working days.
In general we aim to try and dispatch personalised items and special orders within 5 – 10 working days (although during busy periods please allow up to 20 working days)
All personalised items are made to order and have varying lead times which are stated within the product details.
A proof of postage is always obtained.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we are sure that you will love your MyLittleLoves products however if in the unlikely event, that you would like to return your products please contact us immediately by email to arrange a return or exchange.

On receipt of your order please inspect the goods immediately to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

You may return or exchange goods within 14 days of receipt. All goods must be in their original packaging and must not have been worn, used, damaged or altered in any way.
If the above terms are adhered to a full refund will be given.

Sale products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

We recommend that you return goods to us using either Recorded Mail or Special Delivery service obtaining proof of posting, as we accept no responsibility whatsoever for goods which get lost or damaged in transit.

Goods must be returned at your expense.

If you wish to cancel your order please notify us by email at info@mylittleloves.co.uk.

If your order has already been dispatched to you, goods can then be returned as accordance with the terms above.

Personalised and special order items cannot be returned.
